These Terms apply to all services including, but not limited to, SEO in a Day – VIP Session, SEO Content Strategy Intensive, and SEO for Your Niche – Signature Strategy Package. You confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Services are provided as described in the offer at the time of purchase. The Client is responsible for submitting any required information or content in a timely manner to allow service fulfillment.

The Company does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results. SEO strategies are dependent on multiple variables outside our control, including algorithm changes, content implementation, and industry trends. The information and advice provided during sessions is based on professional experience, not legal or financial advice.

Results may vary, and the Client assumes all responsibility for how they apply the recommendations.

While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, the Company is committed to providing high-quality strategy and support. If you are unsatisfied with the clarity or delivery of the agreed-upon service, please contact support within 7 days of delivery to request a good-faith resolution.

Because of the nature of the services and limited booking availability, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or delivered strategy materials.

Session recordings may not be shared publicly or used for purposes outside the scope of the purchased service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristin Espinar Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the individual service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin..
